KERRY eberhard, MSP, PA-C

I'm Kerry Eberhard, and I am a board certified Physician Assistant for 28 years. I served 23 years in our Nation's Military providing healthcare in clinical and deployed environments. I graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center with a Bachelor's Degree and also from the University of Nebraska with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. I received additional training in Family Medicine and Pain Management. I am very active in my community and my church. Family and Community wellness is my top priority and I look forward to continue making a difference.

Jana ortiz, PhD, MSN,fnp-C

I am Jana J. Ortiz, and I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner for 20 years. I served over 25 years in the United States Military as Nurse and Medical Officer. I received my Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. I also have a Doctorate Degree in Healthcare Administration from Cappella University. I have participated in numerous charities, and given many health lectures and speeches. My goal for We Care Mobile Health is to provide the highest quality of care. In the future, we desire to create college scholarships, school awards, participate in health fairs, and pursue other endeavors to assist the  community health needs.
